Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions for clients with mental health needs.
About the Role- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality interventions to address identified needs and risks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
Key Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist
- Current driving license and access to a car during working hours (reasonable adjustments considered)
