Join Our Team as a Part-Time Companionship Support Worker

We are seeking caring individuals to provide quality support and companionship to our clients within the local community. As a part-time companionship support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing emotional support, assistance with daily tasks, and engaging activities that promote social interaction and independence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.

In return for your dedication and compassion, you will receive:

  • Competitive rates of pay: £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £12.50 per hour at weekends, and double time on bank holidays
  • Part-time hours available, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
  • All visits are a minimum of one hour, ensuring sufficient time to build meaningful relationships with our clients
  • Paid mileage: 30p per mile
  • Ongoing training and support from our experienced mentors
  • A supportive team environment with regular meet-ups and social events
