Job Details
  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We welcome applicants with a proactive, positive attitude and the ability to manage challenging behaviours calmly. Previous roles in nurseries, colleges, youth clubs, residential care or care homes are advantageous. Graduates with a background in sociology, psychology, sports, music, art, or drama are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs.
  2. Developing essential skills and promoting confidence in learners.

Bonus: A driver's license and access to transportation are advantageous.
