About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forest School Assistant to join our team, supporting children with SEND in various locations throughout Monmouthshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives, working closely with a passionate team to provide tailored education and well-being support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs.
  • Providing proactive, positive support with the ability to manage challenging behaviours calmly.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team effort to deliver high-quality education and care services.

Requirements

We welcome applicants with relevant experience in nurseries, colleges, youth clubs, residential care, or care homes. Graduates with backgrounds in sociology, psychology, sports, music, art, or drama are also encouraged to apply. A driver's license and access to transportation are advantageous but not essential.

Benefits

This role offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.
