Long-term Teachers Ltd is an independent agency providing teaching staff to Primary schools across South West and Worcestershire. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Education Support Specialist to join our team.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers in Primary schools, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting teachers in Primary schools
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Providing individualized support to pupils
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Primary curriculum
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
