Teaching Assistant for ASD Support

Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism?
An Outstanding Primary School based in the Monmouthshire area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team full time. The successful candidate will work closely with a child on a one-to-one basis, providing individualized support and assistance.
The ideal candidate will have Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or a minimum of 6 months experience working in an educational setting. A calm, patient, and caring approach is essential for this role.
Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
About the Role:
- Work closely with a child on a one-to-one basis, providing individualized support and assistance
- Support students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans
