Job Description:

Supporting Students with ASD

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team, working closely with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent approaches and strategies
  3. Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting confidence and self-esteem

Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
