Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Support Professional to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant in various schools across South West and Worcestershire, supporting students with their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in a variety of educational settings
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support pupils with behavioral management and curriculum knowledge
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a nurturing mindset. You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, and proactive in your approach to supporting students and colleagues.
