Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker in Chepstow or Caldicot areas.

Rradis Community Care is committed to providing high-quality care services that enable our clients to live safely and independently within their own homes.

As a Home Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients to provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and accessing the local community.

The salary for this role is £9.00 - £10.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Assisting clients with accessing the local community
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day household duties
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
