Kind Tailored Care are working in partnership with local authorities, direct with families to transform the health & social care industry. Providing truly compassionate supportive **tailored care** for our **loved ones** living in the community.

Our business is an approved **local provider** & currently looking for more dedicated **support workers** to join **our team**.

**PAYE** flexible hour working contracts available several days a week (Mon - Sunday), **Competitive Rates**

**Job Role**:
Our business provides high-quality complex care services to loved ones with a diverse range of social needs & medical conditions.

We support loved ones with Complex Care including Challenging Behaviour, Learning Disabilities, Asperger, Dementia, Autism, Mental health & Social Vulnerability.

We are neurodiversity and Autism experts so we will provide you with specialist training with an exceptionally well qualified & experienced support team.

To maintain up to date & accurate daily ongoing records for all those we support.

Assisting loved ones activity of daily living.

Administering medication.
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or willing to undertake Qualification. (Must provide certification)
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative when needed.
- Confident with high energy drive.
- Positive attitude towards a work life balance.
- A passion for care and helping others.
- Understand the importance of following policies, procedures & safe working practices.
- Good communication & written skills.
- IT literate (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Willing to travel for other work locations (Optional)
- Provide employment references.
