Support Worker

We are looking for support workers experienced in working with autism and learning disabilities to work in Chepstow and surrounding areas. Great rates of pay up to £13.70 per hour, flexible shifts are available including days, evenings and weekends and sleep ins. This is a highly rewarding role supporting various services. We also have opportunities for Senior Support workers, please call for more information.
This is a support role, encouraging people to develop independence as well as providing care and support. Duties include supporting around the house, helping with outings and activities, supporting with medication and mealtimes and daily chores and enriching the day to day lives of the people you are supporting.
There will be on-going shifts, thorough inductions and extra training available for staff working in each service, whether you are looking for full time hours or an extra shift a week.
Applicants will need to be trained and experienced in care and support work, ideally with experience of working with learning disabilities or autism. We also have work in the surrounding areas accessible by public transport or driving.
Free refresher training is available as well as access to a range of courses to upskill yourself.
