Senior Night Care Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing Christian leadership and support to our service users and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of care workers and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
- Assess the needs of our service users and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Promote equality and diversity in all aspects of our service.
- Ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and their families.
- HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and working towards a management qualification.
- Relevant experience in a care setting, preferably in a management role.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using care management software.
- A Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos.
- PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration.
