CrossReach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Night Care Worker to lead and support our team in delivering high-quality care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing the care provided to service users, and ensuring high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess service needs and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Promote equality and diversity in care practices
- Ensure effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Provide management cover when needed and lead daily devotions
- Handle Health & Safety responsibilities and ensure a safe environment for service users
Requirements
- HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3
- Working towards a management qualification
- Relevant experience in care management
- Basic computer skills
- Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos
- PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration
