Culinary Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious and appetising meals to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our service users.
- Support our service users in developing their cooking skills and confidence in the kitchen.
- Organise and deliver cooking classes in our training kitchen, teaching basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that our service users receive a high-quality care experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar setting, preferably in a care or social services environment.
- Relevant qualifications in cooking, nutrition, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
