About the Role

CrossReach is seeking a Senior Night Care Worker to provide Christian leadership and support as a senior staff member within our service. This role requires a compassionate and driven individual who is eager to work in a place where their efforts are truly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team and oversee the care provided to service users
  • Assess service needs and ensure high professional standards
  • Supervise staff and promote equality
  • Ensure effective communication and provide management cover when needed
  • Lead daily devotions and handle Health & Safety responsibilities
Requirements
  • HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3
  • Working towards a management qualification
  • Relevant experience and basic computer skills
  • Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos
  • PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration
