About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Night Care Worker to provide leadership and support to our team, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. As a senior staff member, you will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing care delivery, and maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess service needs and develop effective care plans
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Promote equality and diversity in all aspects of care
  • Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3
  • Relevant experience in a care setting
  • Basic computer skills
  • A Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos
