We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of care staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and meet the needs of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high-quality care
- Oversee the delivery of care services, ensuring they are safe, effective, and meet the needs of our residents
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies
Requirements
- HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3, with a management qualification or working towards one
- Relevant experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of Christian values and principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in care management software
