  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies

Requirements

  • HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3, with a management qualification or working towards one
  • Relevant experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of Christian values and principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in care management software
