Job Description

Foresight Search Ltd is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to assist the finance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing the purchase ledger, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll runs and HMRC submissions
  • Manage invoices and payments through the purchase ledger
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Qualified or studying AAT level 1
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work around school hours

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary: £30,000-£32,000 (pro rata)
