Job Description
Foresight Search Ltd is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to assist the finance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing the purchase ledger, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities- Assist with payroll runs and HMRC submissions
- Manage invoices and payments through the purchase ledger
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Qualified or studying AAT level 1
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work around school hours
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary: £30,000-£32,000 (pro rata)
- Annual leave: 25 days (plus bank holidays)
