Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing advanced support in financial operations, including reconciliation, analysis, and process improvement.

About the Role

This key position requires someone with extensive knowledge of financial principles, procedures, and systems. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team, will enable you to drive business results through process optimization and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

- Reconcile supplier statements and identify potential discrepancies or anomalies;
- Process and reconcile company credit card accounts, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur queries, delivering expert guidance and assistance to users;
- Perform detailed general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data;

Requirements and Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; post-graduate qualifications are an asset;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar capacity;
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders;
- Proficiency in financial software, including Concur and Excel;

What We Offer

In exchange for your significant contributions, we provide a generous compensation package, featuring a base salary between $80,000-$100,000 per year, dependent on your location and experience.
