About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Confused as a Fraud Manager. This role requires a passion for breaking down industry barriers to collaboration and encouraging partners and competitors to work together to reduce cross-industry fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use in-house and third-party data to identify fraudulent activity on our applications.
  • Analyse complex datasets to interpret trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Facilitate technical change and test changes to our fraud processes.
  • Work with our Commercial Managers to understand panel partners' approaches to fraud and cooperate with their fraud teams to implement steps to reduce its impact.

Essential Skills:

  • Appreciation of the impact of fraud on panel KPIs and revenue.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analysing datasets.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues relevant to the business.
