We're Future Publishing, a leading media company with a passion for innovation and excellence. We're seeking a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our Data Services team, focusing on the detection and prevention of fraud in the insurance industry.

This is a dynamic role that requires close collaboration with insurance partners, law enforcement, and the IFB to implement preventative controls and provide meaningful intelligence to reduce fraud losses. As a Fraud Analyst, you will work closely with our team to develop and refine our fraud prevention systems, leveraging your expertise in SQL and data analysis to drive insights and inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement fraud prevention systems
  • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on fraud trends and prevention strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fraud prevention

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including unlimited holiday, a profit pool bonus scheme, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficient in SQL with a track record of using it for trend analysis
  • Experience analyzing and modeling data to produce insights translatable into fraud prevention systems
  • Experience working within a Financial Services fraud team
  • Well-versed in transaction monitoring to highlight fraudulent activity
