About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Fraud Manager to join our team at Confused.com. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fraud strategy to minimize the impact of fraud on our business and key panel partners.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fraud-related issues and be able to analyze complex datasets to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. You'll also be responsible for facilitating technical changes and collaborating with our Commercial Managers to implement steps to reduce the impact of fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a fraud strategy to minimize the impact of fraud on our business and key panel partners.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Facilitate technical changes and collaborate with our Commercial Managers to implement steps to reduce the impact of fraud.
  • Manage Confused.com's ability to detect and act upon fraudulent activity.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analyzing datasets and identifying trends.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and flexibility to change your approach if required.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues relevant to the business.
