About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Fraud Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing a fraud strategy that minimises the impact of fraud on our business and key panel partners. As a subject matter expert, you'll be the face of fraud within the insurance industry, working closely with our partners and competitors to reduce cross-industry fraud.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic approach, passion for breaking down industry barriers, and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for managing our ability to detect and act upon fraudulent activity, using in-house and third-party data to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fraud strategy to minimise the impact of fraud on our business and key panel partners.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Managers to understand the approach to fraud among key panel partners and implement steps to reduce its impact.
  • Facilitate technical change and test changes to our fraud processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the impact of fraud on panel KPIs and revenue.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with analysing datasets and identifying trends.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues relevant to the business.
