About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. As a Business Development/Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and sales performance.
  • Attend sales visits, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel.
