Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. As a Business Development/Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel.
