Role Overview:
As a Workflow Process Improvement Manager, you will drive process improvements within our service desk operations. This involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Change Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure seamless integration.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to ensure that team members understand new processes and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor process improvements and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. They should be experienced in process improvement methodologies and have a strong understanding of workflow management principles.
Salary: £32,500 - £37,500 per annum
