Customer Service Coordinator | Burnley | Full time - Permanent | up to £23,000 DOE
**Your new company**
A specialist Customer Service centre operating from its headquarters based in Burnley, Lancashire. Due internal development, the business is now expanding and seeking for a new customer service coordinator on a permanent basis to join their business. The workinghours of this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm (flexible hours available).
**Your new role**
As Customer Service Coordinator your main duties will include:
- Problem solving challenges
- Account Management at multiple stages
- Ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Communicate effectively and sharing key changes quickly
- Providing a great level of service
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in securing this position, you must have a passion for customer service and an excellent telephone manner. Along with:
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding and professional/ enthusiastic outlook towards customers is essential.
- Tactfully and professionally overcoming objections
- Basic knowledge of IT systems.
