Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Mixxos Group in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with booking repairs jobs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking maintenance calls from tenants and operatives via email and phone
- Organizing maintenance work to be carried out
- Prioritizing different repair/maintenance works
- Dealing with contractors, obtaining quotes for larger projects, and issuing purchase orders
- Maintaining records on our bespoke in-house database
- Typing, amending, and updating various reports
- Checking and maintaining Outlook client Inboxes
- Processing contractor and client invoices
- Building strong relationships with people, clients, and contractors at all levels
- Attending to queries with a good sense of problem-solving
- Providing general administrative support
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience in a coordinator role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and an ERP system
- A natural ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Trustworthiness and attention to detail
