Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client\u2019s facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Taking maintenance calls from tenants and operatives, and organizing the necessary work to be carried out.
- Prioritizing different repair and maintenance works to ensure timely completion.
- Dealing with contractors and obtaining quotes for work that needs to be carried out.
- Maintaining accurate records on our client\u2019s in-house database.
- Typing, amending, and updating various reports.
- Utilizing Excel with confidence to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Checking and maintaining Outlook client Inboxes.
- Processing contractor and client invoices.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in facilities management.
