The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Milton Keynes and London offices, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running efficiently. This will involve coordinating with contractors, managing maintenance schedules, and communicating with the offices to ensure that all needs are met.
As a key member of the Business Support Team, the Facilities Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the business, including events administration, travel bookings, and calendar management. Additionally, they will be responsible for processing all inbound and outbound post and managing the Royal Mail business account.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations, H&SAW Act, and Fire Safety Regulations. They will be able to work quickly, react to situations that require a quick turnaround, and prioritize requests. A positive 'can-do' attitude, with a professional and proactive approach, is essential for this role.
