E-Commerce Sales Account Manager

As a Junior E-Commerce Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales through 30+ third-party business website accounts, including Amazon, Wayfair, and more. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales through third-party business website accounts, including Amazon, Wayfair, and more.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our online clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including online clients and sales team members.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and account management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Wayfair.
