We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Care Manager to lead our new 7-bed Mental Health service in Merthyr Tydfil. This role is ideal for Managers who have managed Adult Mental Health services and want to shape the future of our services while maintaining high standards of care.

This position offers a rewarding career opportunity with a competitive salary of £42,000 + Up to 21% Bonus of your salary, along with a Full-Time Contract with 37.5 hours per week, and 33 days Holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

About the Role:
  • As a Registered Manager, you will work closely with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to deliver quality services to our clients.
  • You will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and implementing our vision and values to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the team to ensure person-centered care delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews of residents' needs and develop comprehensive care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with mental health care practices, legislation, and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.
