About the Role

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Data Management and Improvement Lead. This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional who can drive the development and application of management information systems, producing data to drive delivery and improvement in preventative community-based services for young children and their families.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and application of management information systems to inform service delivery and improvement initiatives.
  2. Produce high-quality data reports to support commissioning and Welsh government stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with various services and partners to ensure effective data sharing and coordination.

Requirements

">
  • Educated to Master's Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of health & social care management systems, including WPAS, Qlik, and WCCIS.
  • Advanced IT skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: £43,685 - £52,400 per annum

Location: Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, UK
