We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the role of Data Driven Transformation Lead in our Transformation Unit based in Merthyr Tydfil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive improvement in preventative community-based services for young children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and delivering projects, managing and developing services, and developing business cases. They will also possess advanced knowledge of IT systems, health management systems, and data analysis tools. A Master's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive improvement in preventative community-based services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver projects that meet organizational goals
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success
