About the Role

This is a temporary, flexible job opportunity primarily based on the sales floor to provide exceptional customer service in the run-up to Christmas and during our end-of-season sale. You will also have opportunities to work in other areas of the store.

As a member of our support team, you will:

  • Offer fast and friendly service at all times, assisting customers in finding the perfect products.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers.
  • Maintain the sales floors, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to shop from.
  • Work in various store areas as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries.
  • Efficiently process stock to get it onto the sales floor.
  • Support and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development.

We offer an estimated salary of £8-10 per hour, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits outlined below.
