Care Support Worker

About the Role
Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications and administer as required
- Cook or prepare hot meals for clients
- Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and reassurance to clients
Requirements
- Driving license and access to a vehicle for work
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
