Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns to our office team.

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary - we provide full paid training.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable adults.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
