About the Role
As a member of our team, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them with tasks such as dressing, cooking, and household chores. You will also participate in hobbies and social engagements, enabling our clients to live their best life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism
- Help with daily tasks such as dressing, cooking, and household chores
- Participate in hobbies and social engagements
- Administer medication as required
- Complete daily care plans
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As a Support Worker, you will need to have previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities, as well as the ability to adapt to difficult situations. You will also need to possess a positive and caring nature, be energetic and understanding, and display a good sense of humour.
