About the Role

This role involves delivering personalized support and guidance to students with SEMH needs. You will assist with implementing Individual Education Plans and Personalised Education Plans, effectively manage behaviour using a pupil-centric approach, and motivate students using positive behaviour management techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored support to students with SEMH needs
  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans and Personalised Education Plans
  • Managing behaviour using a pupil-centric approach

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure for child workforce on the Update Service, along with Overseas Police Clearances and professional reference checks
  • A complete CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Driving is beneficial for this role; public transport users should be able to travel up to one hour each way
Salary & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £83.33 per day, plus benefits including free access to over 2,500 CPD courses, webinars, and resources to enhance your professional growth. We also offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 based on a 5-day working week and 50 weeks of employment per year.
