About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school in Thanet. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges, and ensuring their academic and social development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised and small-group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions based on individual education plans (IEPs).
You Will Need:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- A compassionate and flexible approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own car is essential.
