Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Needs

About the Position:
The successful candidate will provide individualised and small-group support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic and social goals. Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists, you will assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions based on individual education plans (IEPs).
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- A compassionate and flexible approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own car is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
