At Austin Fraser, we are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to work at a SEN School in Thanet. This is a Temp to perm role starting immediately on a full time basis, offering a competitive salary package with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Early Identification: Support the identification of speech, language, and communication needs at an early stage.
  2. Individualised Support: Develop tailored strategies to address individual children's speech, language, and communication needs.
  3. Family Engagement: Collaborate with families, offering advice and strategies to support children's progress at home.
  4. Staff Support: Train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective speech, language, and communication interventions.
