About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with special educational needs, focusing on academic and personal growth.

  • Develop and deliver targeted interventions, utilising evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address complex needs and provide holistic support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • An excellent understanding of SEND policies and practices, with a focus on student-centred approaches and progress monitoring.
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle is essential for travelling between schools.
