**Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs in Thanet**

GSL Education - Kent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with special educational needs.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver targeted interventions, using data-driven approaches to inform your practice.
  • Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • An excellent understanding of SEND policies and practices, with a focus on student-centred approaches.
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle is essential for travelling between schools.
