The successful candidate will have a driving licence and at least one year of care home experience. They will also be able to commute to Birchington, CT7 9JX regularly. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting residents to access the internet and other communication methods
  • Planning events within allocated budget
  • Ensuring residents are at the heart of events and programmes
  • Supporting individuals with their daily needs
  • Promoting independence and enhancing wellbeing
