Job responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in St Helens, Liverpool. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours:
You will be a part of a team supporting our client with independent living.
You will be responsible to cover Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (24hr shift) , Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (|12hr shift) 9am to 5pm. On some occasions there will be extra shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work the specified hours.Benefits:
