As a Support Worker in Rehabilitation Care, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical disabilities or brain injury conditions achieve their full potential.
About the Role:- Join a supportive and inclusive team that works together to provide care and rehabilitation services
- Assist with ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, and updating patient records
- Provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene
This role requires a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance. You will work 12.5 hours a day, 2-5 days a week, including nights and weekends, totaling 38.5 hours per week.
