People Business Partner

At Frasers Group, we're rethinking retail. Our mission is to build the world's most admired and compelling brand ecosystem. As a Junior People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering our people plans and supporting our Retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Regional/Area Managers.
- Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience.
- Work with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development.
- Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress.
- Support succession planning for key roles.
- Maintain a focus on colleague engagement.
- Support new store openings and closure processes.
- Manage employee relations cases.
- Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role.
- Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
- Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment.
- Confidence working with data.
- Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make impact and build effective relationships.
- Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence.
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities.
