About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our people plans and partnering with our Retail teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Regional/Area Managers and other key teams.
- Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development, to drive business outcomes and support the growth and development of our colleagues.
- Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement succession plans for key roles, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive business success.
- Support the upskilling of managers and colleagues, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a focus on colleague engagement, ensuring that our colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
- Support with new store openings and closure processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our business.
- Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance and support to colleagues and managers to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes and supporting colleague development.
- Experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases, and providing guidance and support to colleagues and managers.
- Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of business.
- Confidence working with data, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive outcomes.
- Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders across the business.
- Ability to collaborate, persuade, and influence, with a strong track record of achieving business outcomes through effective communication and partnership.
- Assertive, resilient, and tenacious, with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities.

What's Next?
