About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our people plans and partnering with our Retail teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Regional/Area Managers and other key colleagues.
  • Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development.
  • Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement succession plans for key roles.
  • Support the upskilling of managers and maintain a focus on colleague engagement.
  • Support new store openings and closure processes, and manage employee relations cases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, with a strong understanding of employee relations and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and drive business outcomes.
  • A natural curiosity and ability to solve problems, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence, with a strong understanding of our company culture and values.
